About Us

The academy has been set up for members who wish to learn more about the sport of boxing and the physical requirements it takes to be successful in this sport. You do not have to be a boxer or a highly-tuned athlete to participate but you must have a desire to learn and to give it a go. Our place is definitely for all ages, shapes and sizes and our classes graduate in complexity and intensity. So don’t be shy!

North Harbour

NZBA is also home to North Harbour Boxing Association - a boxing club run by volunteers to foster the development, encouragement and promotion of the sport of boxing in New Zealand, and in particular the area of North Harbour. NHBA is an affiliated member of Boxing NZ Incorporated.
